DEALER/EXHIBITOR ROOM PRICING

The following table prices are early bird specials and may go up as the event date gets close, so purchase a booth early. Space is limited and may sell out quickly.

1 Table: $200.00

2 Tables: $375.00

Each additional table is $150.00

HOURS OF OPERATION

Friday 2pm-9:00pm

Saturday 12pm-9pm

Sunday 10am-5pm(ZOMBIE WALK DAY)

All tables/spaces must be broken down each night by 10:30pm
However load-in/out is very easy, no long walks, elevators, stairs, etc.

DEALER RULES

1. Dealer tables must be manned at all times during the times the dealer area is open to the public ( No exceptions ). Event staff will not watch any dealers area for the dealer.

2. Each vendor / dealer will be granted 2 weekend passes only. These passes will allow entry into the event all 4 days.

3. No tables / booth spaces will be fully reserved until payment is received. We will hold the space for a reasonable amount of time until payment is received.

4. All merchandise sold by all vendor / dealers is strictly from one collector to another and no rights are given or implied.

5. Any vendor / dealer who displays any disruptive behavior will be asked to leave with no refunds given on any fees paid in advance.

6. Atlanta Horrorfest or Gorehound Productions or The Masquerade in no way endorses any vendor / dealers merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendor / Dealers are deemed to be their own business / entity. Atlanta Horrorfest is to be held blameless against any and all merchandise bought, sold, or brought onto the premises of the convention.

7. All vendor / dealers agree to hold blameless The Masquerade, Atlanta Horrorfest, Gorehound Productions members, staff, location entities, and agents against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage.
